Appalachian Utilities, Inc. provides clean drinking water and fire protection to the Woolrich, Pine Creek, and Avis areas of Pennsylvania. The water distribution system is designed to provide water needs to all residents and businesses while maintaining water lines, wells, and fire hydrants throughout the service area. Water is tested regularly in compliance with PA Department of Environmental Protection.
